Chumley's is a unique and friendly bar in State College that stands out for its welcoming atmosphere and great drinks. The staff, especially Ellen, are incredibly nice and make fantastic cocktails. The bar is small but cozy, perfect for enjoying a relaxed evening with friends. I had a wonderful time at Chumley's and look forward to visiting again soon.
