I found an amazing spot in a mall on Maryland, just north of Flamingo, that serves a delicious meat and rice combo that surpasses Panda Express. The Hawaiian fusion flavors in their grilled chicken and cheese-covered dishes were absolutely perfect, and the plain sweet corn side was a standout, offering a refreshing change from other express places' vegetable options. Despite being a bit off the usual Vegas visitor path, the excellence of this unique eatery makes it worth a return visit next time I'm in town.
