My experience has always been good with this bakery. Love their champagne cakes. This past weekend we purchased a champagne cake to celebrate my Mother-inlaws 70th birthday. I don't like to give bad reviews however there were many problems with the cake. First it did not hold up and crumbled. When we cut into it we found a very long light brown hair in the cake or pudding. Then we found egg shells in the cake itself. I was very disappointed and am hesitant to go to Timothy's Bakery again. I was so shocked to find such poor cake making from this business.
