The food and service at the Bistro were exceptional during my recent visit. Seated in the bar area, our server provided spectacular assistance throughout the meal. I enjoyed the tuna appetizer and Caesar salad, while my husband savored the pecan-crusted walleye - a must-try option at this beloved Bismarck establishment.
