While visiting Fargo mall, I found Lighthouse Coffee, a cute little stand with great coffee. I tried the white chocolate mocha in a medium size, which had just the right balance of medium roast coffee and sweet chocolate without being too sweet or bitter. The service was quick, the cups have thoughtful Bible verses, and their cold-pressed iced coffee is strong but smooth-definitely worth checking out instead of the usual chains.
