So sorry to hear of both of your bad experiences. The Pizza Pantry is back to its original ownership, and the food, service and cleanliness are much improved! I hope you give it another try and find it to be a much higher standard.

The place went under new ownership. I tried giving the place 2 tries.the first time my hunny and my 5 ur. Old and I went in to have a sit down meal. The new owner ( or who I was told was the new owner) was cooking. The only one working that night as well. She ended up getting on her phone and talking to people loud enough for us to hear across the dining room and she was swearing like a sailor.
The windows were filthy and it was kinda a uncomfortable experience. The second time my son and I ordered French fries to go. I ordered over the phone. Who ever answered was absolute rude!! I asked if she knew what my total was gonna be and she replied with total attitude. And a awnser of no. I almost didn't pick up the order. But we did cuz I would hate somebody to do that to me.
So we go in. I hold my 5 yr old up and he hands her a 20 doller bill. She takes it and instead of giving the change back in his hand she puts it on the counter and walks away. No bag for our food. We were walking for crying out loud. And no thank you or any thing as we left. The customer service is absolutely terrible!! And they are rude!! Not to mention the place feels like a grungy garage. We will never go back. I'll give my money to places that appreciate the business and are kind.

Enjoyed eating at pizza pantry; until summer. It is all teenagers. Bad bad service. Food took 45 min to get. Never once did they come to table after serving food. For refil on water or lemon aid we had to go to counter. Not one clean table. Sad. Food and service used to be great.
