Seeing the sign for "We're All Ears" in that charming historic building in Seaside was such a thrill! After a long time without indulging in an elephant ear, I gathered a few friends and ordered one topped with lemon, powdered sugar, and strawberries. While the flavor was there, the pastry didn't quite capture the essence of a true elephant ear, but the warm atmosphere and friendly staff, especially Sean, always make our visits memorable.
