Santouka in the Mitsuwa Market brings back fond memories with its ramen that tastes just like the original in Santa Clara, especially the spicy miso which always hits the spot. The service is quick and efficient, perfect for a convenient and satisfying meal without any fuss, and the portion sizes with combo options offer great value. Though the seating is casual and the space can get crowded, the friendly staff and delicious broth make it one of my favorite ramen experiences in San Diego.
