The bakery's assortment of breads and pastries is truly exceptional, especially when enjoyed in the early morning hours when they are still warm from the oven. The balance of flavors in their filled pastries and frostings sets them apart from other bakeries that tend to lean towards excessive sweetness. The custom cakes at La Roca are not only beautifully decorated, but the quality of the cake itself surpasses any others in town, particularly the coffee almond filling.
