Switching up my Chinese food routine led me to a spot where the staff gets the struggle of short-handed kitchens and actually shows character instead of throwing shade. While the wonton soup was a bit stingy and they forgot my rice (oops!), the sesame chicken hit so hard that it made me forget all the little slip-ups. Toss in a fortune cookie with a spooky-on-point message and some killer sushi and ramen, and you've got a place that's all about great flavors and friendly vibes-even if the ambiance screams "modernized Applebee's."

I decided to try out a new Chinese restaurant for takeout, hoping for a better experience. While there were some minor issues with my order, the Sesame Chicken dish was absolutely delicious and made the overall meal worth it.
