Great food at a great price

Game Day Sunday and the place was wall to wall packed, I was expecting poor service due to how busy the place was, I was pleasantly surprised. Waitress took orders quickly, received our orders quick and even though I’m sure she was plenty OVER worked, she never waived from friendly and prompt service!

Went there for Mothers Day, the waitress did ask us for what we wanted to drink but I had to ask for a straw, we ordered two appetizers and when they came, we weren't given plates or forks...we sat for a half hour with empty glasses, no one came to check on us or our drinks. I had to stop a different waitress and ask for refills. We ordered food and it took over an hour to get it. The food was cold, incorrect and we weren't given sauces or even plates and silverware still at this point...my mother asked to have her sandwich cut in half (since we had no Silverware to do it herself) so she took it back and it took another half hour to get her food back and my mom kept saying she'd cut it herself if she could just get silverware and when we tried to address it to our waitress she didn't want to hear it and instead said "so you want your bill?" When we were talking to each other about our disappointment she got rude and stated "are you talking to me?" We asked for a manager twice and when we were finally able to speak to her, our waitress snapped in cutting me off and the manager had to put her hand out to stop her. We used to go here all the time for birthdays, time out with family and get together's...it was my favorite place and its just so disappointing to me that now I feel that ill have to find some place else... but I can assure you tha

Wow! All I can say. We love this bar and the new updates. However, they must be truly struggling for servers. Our waitress was the absolute worst. She needs some training...especially during covid. She was pouring beers and attempted to add a fruit garnish to my drink after I watched her handle cash and use the computer. No gloves and no hand washing. I had to quickly stop her. Someone is going to get sick! I think the bartender must have called in or something. She had no idea how to manage her tables and we were not the only frustrated patrons. Very disappointed. We waited over an hour for our sandwiches and salad. We asked her several times about the food.

Went to Sharky's today at 4pm. Not busy, 2 other tables and a few at the bar Some outside as well. I only saw 2 servers in and out and a bartender. VERY SLOW! After 10 min we received menus and gave our drink order [water and soda]. Finally drinks come and we place the appetizer order. Then about 10 min later she takes our order. Over 35 min later the food came including the appetizer and she ran off. We had no no silverware and were missing salads. Finally she comes back with the salad and one set of silverware and ran off. We had to wait to ask again if we all could have silverware. She kept calling us "sweetie", "love" and "honey". Then it took forever for the bill. We didn't get out of there until after 6pm! Just very bad service!
