Armando's in Portland is the ultimate dive bar! The vibe is grungy and the clientele is rough in a charming way. Sharpie graffiti covers the walls, giving it that authentic dive-y feel. The bartenders are awesome as long as you're not a jerk, and the PBR flows freely. Dive in and have a blast at Armando's!
