I believe 3.5 stars would be more fitting, but I wanted to share a positive perspective given some of the negative feedback. The food was what I expected from an American Chinese restaurant, with decent prices and satisfactory takeout, including tasty egg rolls and fried rice, although the breaded tofu might not appeal to everyone.

I have been going to this buffet for one-two lunches per week for five years.
The family that owns the restaurant is wonderful and friendly, and the food is very well prepared. I consider this one of the best Chinese restaurants in NW Pennsylvania.

Love Ocean Buffet. The owners are so nice and the food is amazeballs!!!

I have been going to this buffet for 2 years now and yesterday the food on the buffet was cold these people have been sited before for not having the steam tables hot enough its that time of the year that the steam tables need to be turned up!!!!!!! I was very disappointed yesterday and the General Tso's chicken was nasty and that is my favorite dish!!!😠

Limited selection and lukewarm food temps! They only have 3 food islands and 1 of them is non-Chinese food such as fruit, cookies, pudding, etc. In addition, the food is barely warm and I wonder about its safety. The food is generally pretty bland and I would not recommend.
