We went on Saturday. It was a busy night. We were a table of 12. We ordered our appetizers and entrees. It was a bit slow coming, but that was expected considering how busy it was. When the food came mine was missing. The waitress walked away immediately. I assumed she was heading to get my plate. Water glasses stood empty and most where done with their meal before we finally saw her to flag her down. We asked for water refills and I told her I didn't get my food. She just shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted it. I told her not to bring it for her to remove it from my bill and to bring the check. Everyone was done with there meal. No apologies give by my waitress which ticked me off. Ten minutes later while still waiting for my check the owner passed by and we tell her that a whole meal was absent and she shrugged and said oh well we're slammed tonight. 😳🤯. No apology given. She didn't look surprised or unhappy that this happened. Then another 20 minutes passed before I flagged the waitress down and demanded my check. The food wasn't terrible but wasn't great either. Service was poor, salads not brought, and water glasses left empty. After my experience I'd say that I will definitely never step foot in DIs again.
