Cannon's Bakery is my absolute favorite for cakes, especially their chocolate cake with buttercream icing. The cakes are always moist and flavorful, and the icing is just the right amount of sweetness. Whether it's for a birthday, party, or special event, Cannon's never disappoints with their delicious treats and friendly service. I appreciate their attention to detail and the local touch they bring to each cake - truly a gem in our community.

Stay away!!! Cake wasn't ready on time- it was really late. Not only did they not care that I couldn't wait any longer (supposed to be done by 4 and it ended up being done closer to 5:20) but they were rude and acted like it was my fault for ordering from them when they were so short staffed. I ordered a week and a half ahead of time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ... THEY CHANGE THE TIME OF THE ORDER BY HOURS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION ... THEN SAY ITS BECAUSE TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE CALLING TO GET IT DONE... WHOEVER IS RUNNING CANNONS NOW IS NOT THE SAME AS BEFORE ... THEIR SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!! BEWARE .......

Specifically spoke with them about the cupcakes looking like they were topped with dirt. Our exchange Specifically included a conversation about the cupcakes being flat topped and not swirled, as we didnt want the cupcakes to look like poop. Half of the cupcakes were flat, the other half were swirled. When i spoke to the guy about my dissatisfaction, he said my husband said they looked fine, and since they were closed sunday and monday, and there was no way for me to contact them about the issue, then too bad. Seriously, worst looking cupcakes i have ever seen.
