Just had a lovely breakfast at Capitol Bistro with the friendly server, Mario. The buffet had a good selection, including custom eggs and crispy bacon. The restaurant is conveniently located near museums and the Metro for a quick bite. The food was delicious and service was efficient, though tea refills were a bit slow at times.
