I just waited an hour and 15 for my food to arrive, mind you I live right around corner. When food arrived order was completely wrong and missing items. When I called to complain the girl on phone refused to refund order even if I brought food back. Instead they offered to remake my fries and send me missing items, so basically she's telling me "eat half your meal and the other half in another hour when we finally make it back to you." Horrible service, and unprofessional cook yelling in background that he put stuff in bag and to check again,as if I didn't check bag before I called. Have had problems before and kick myself for going back. After phone call was unsuccessful, my husband brought food back, and had to have them call manager, because it's a bunch of arrogant teenagers running the place. Long story short they agreed to refund money after much hassle and two hours time. NEVER AGAIN

My family ordered four fish and chips on 7/19 and we couldn't even eat them. The fish batter was gunky gummy and the French fries were barely cooked. We were so dissatisfied with the fish and chips we will never go back. A huge Yuck!
