The restaurant can get crowded on weekends, especially following a notable review in The New York Times back in February 2010. I visited on a Thursday evening and found it to be pleasantly uncrowded. The prix fixe menu offers great value, and I particularly enjoyed the black and white napoleon dessert as well as the delicious potato soup during a winter visit.
