I recently attended a family gathering for the Rosca de Reyes at Panaderia Yaniras and was impressed by the freshness and taste of their Rosca. The soft and airy middle, along with the perfectly melted pink concha topping, made it a delightful treat. I highly recommend trying their pan dulce and other sweets as well, as this bakery has become our favorite in the area for its great flavor and traditional options.
