I had a great experience with the staff who were very accommodating to my dietary preferences and made my pizza exactly how I like it-extra crispy. However, I encountered a frustrating situation when I called the uptown location and spoke with the manager, Jody, who became quite upset when explaining a change in delivery areas. Despite that incident, the overall service at the Allen location has always been exceptional, and I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and delicious pizza they offer.
