The hotel exuded cleanliness and the staff's professionalism was commendable, particularly the front desk attendant who handled a difficult situation with grace. Despite the initial concerns about the room's proximity to the elevator, it turned out to be a non-issue as the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, my brief stay was enjoyable and I appreciated the hospitality extended by the hotel team.
