When ordering curbside, expect to have to go inside and beg for your food, multiple times, for about an hour so you can take it home stone cold after the game has ended. They think it is a joke that people have to wait out there and would expect curbside delivery. The runner said she does not go out there if it is cold or dark, and apparently they don't look for cars out there either. It was only 8 PM, my order said it was done at 7:50, and I was going in and out of the restaurant asking for my delivery until 9:20 when I finally got it. It had been sitting on a shelf all that time.

Those prompts the Applebee's ordering system tells you to follow, such as "click when on the way", or "click when you've arrived, your food will be out", there is no point. Either the servers ignore them or they just don't receive them.

People had a lot of time to stand around inside and gab, plenty of time to hang out behind the restaurant, no time to run curbside orders or to deal with customers.

I would rank the location and its people as the absolute worst I have ever experienced.
