Ordered delivery from Payne's Pizza last night. Tried the medium pepperoni, chicken, and banana peppers pizza for the first time. The crust was a bit chewy, but the flavors were on point. Also got the lasagna dinner with a side salad, and appreciated the dressing packets over the cups. The delivery was friendly and arrived in a reasonable time, with enough leftovers for tomorrow. Overall, a solid 4-star experience - Payne's Pizza is a go-to in Marion!

We ordered our food at 7pm I called back at 9pm and was told it should be there any second. 915pm came around, no food. I called 5 times and was on my way to the pizza shop before they answered and said they were closed. I explained the situation and he said he just talked to the driver and would be at my house any minute. Mind you I had already paid 40.00. 15 minutes later they called me and said the driver's phone died and he got lost. And was simply offered a credit of money I had already given them. I know darn well that driver's phone did not die. In this day and age... who doesn't have a car charger??? Especially when you deliver pizzas. Absolutely the worst service ever. There are plenty of other places I would recommend.

Seriously I've never bashed a company in my life. You deserve this right now. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. I got half cheese and half pepperoni. I'm so tired of your incompetence. Never ever will you get an order from us!!!
