My husband and I have ordered food from Bob's Pizza a few times. We have ordered chicken by the box and meals. Plus, we have eaten in the Restaurant and the food has also been good. On Saturday, September 2, 2023, we called in our order, and I picked it up and went home. When I got home, I was not able to eat my chicken tenders as they were to hard and cooked really dark. They are usually a golden brown and very tender and juicy. My husband had the fish dinner and his was cooked to a golden color and he said they were very good. I know while I was waiting for my food to be brought out to me, I saw one of the kitchen staff bring out 3 buckets of old oil and dump it, so I know they had just changed the oil while I was waiting. No, I didn't call and say anything as I live to far to go back to get fresh food, I just threw it away!

Gave them another try tonight,waitress was always in a hurry,ordered the ham and cheese special with chips and came out with fries instead then tried to say that I asked for fries..why would I ask for fries when it says chips then tried to make me pay more than what the special was..she got the manager involved and told me to calm down,I was calm..need to get better people in that restaurant..differently will not walk back in that place..
