The food and atmosphere at Brucken's are great, but one of the chicken wings from the 4-piece special was disappointingly lacking in meat, possibly from a smaller chicken. Despite this, the prices are reasonable, the drinks are tasty, and the overall experience keeps us coming back for more, especially for their hearty breakfast portions that left us satisfied yet eager to return.

I used to stop in on my to Michigan several years ago for their fish fry on Friday nights. It was very good back then. My wife & I decided to drive up this past Friday. We had their Brosted Chicken. It was great! The cole slaw needs some work but, it was well worth the drive, Excellent food, drinks & service!!!

We go up a day early before the Minster Octoberfest just to get Bruken's wings on Thurs. The people there always welcome us out-of -towners with a smile and good service. We have been doing this for at least ten years and now it is a tradition.

I'd eat there again. They were busy so I think that says alot.
