Repeated my order three times at drive thru window when I pick up food at the window I confirm it again with the woman handing my food. I check the burger it's wrong. The food also had hairs in it. The staff here has a terrible attitude. Called feedback number they're all foreign can't understand anything they say. I will never order from here again. You practically have to make the food yourself to get exactly what you want. Filing BBB complaint to make sure this gets to owner it's a common occurance here. Considering calling health department to check out hygiene practices here. Also half the staff wasn't wearing masks during Ohio's state mandate.

Went back through drive thru to get order rectified to be told hes not serving me. The staff here have terrible attitudes and the lobby was closed. Restaurant is dirty. Only reason why I came here was because my aunt has cancer and was craving a whopper and y'all messed it up. I have myself recorded on phone call talking to my aunt placing my order yet it's my fault and y'all won't fix it. I posted reviews everywhere and taking social media right now. I'll never eat here again. I call survey number to be hung up on because I want managers. I have all calls recorded. I'm contacting health department Monday morning.
