The service is horrible. We have been burnt twice and will not be back again. 1st time they said they never got our online order even though I had the email receipt. Tonight, my husband puts in an order for take out at around 5pm. They were out of broccoli for Pasta Rusticia and left him sitting waiting for our food without telling him. They told him when he inquired about our order after more than 30 minutes. My Stromboli came without sauce. There is no cheese in it and it is over baked. It's like shoe leather. It was around trip of 1 1/2 hour for a 8 mile trip to and back.

I placed an order and told it would take 40 minutes to an hour for delivery, i was okay with that. When a hour and 15 minutes went pass i called the store here in brookville and was told they were closed. I said well i already placed an order and have yet to receive it. She gave someone else the phone that made excuses about having problems with the oven, to the delivery guy just pulled up and is on his way. When he finally show up my food was hot but the pizza was soggy and horribly nasty. I tried taking it out the box and mostly all the cheese was stuck to the box. Just awful to serve someone this trash food. I called and the man that said he made my pizza been making them all day, no one complained and he not sure what he can tell me because his delivery guy is gone. Im sure no one else food was rushed or cooked fast because your were closed and forgot about their order. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Will order from Sarah's pizza for now on.

Horrible! I have no idea if the food is good because it never arrived. The girl that took the order got my number wrong which sent my food to the wrong address. Long story short, I waited over an hour I the rain at the Dayton koa for an order that never showed up. The excuse? It's her second day..... ! Food =? Service= -10
