Went here on a Sunday to get their brunch. Hadn't been there in years so didn't know what to expect. So I sat down and ordered hot tea to drink. Didn't see our waitress (who, by the way, had a really high voice with enough sass and b*****ness that I swear she was doing it to piss me off) for a while and when she came out with the tea, she said there wasn't a lid for the hot water container. Okay, no problem, but when she plopped a plastic container (that you put condiments in) as a lid over the hot water a little too rudely, I knew something was wrong with the attitude of our waitress.

Next, we ordered the brunch, just as planned, but when I took a look at the kind of food they were serving, there was not one type of food that I wanted to put in my mouth (except maybe the toast). And, while I was looking at the food, the people in line either smelled like BO or were giving me the stink eye for separating them from this disgusting food. So, deciding not to get the brunch and on my way back to our booth, a waitress came out from the kitchen way too fast with a tray full of food and almost dumped the food on me.

Oh, and did I mention the kind of people that were eating at this restaurant? There was a large party in the back and the men thought it would be great to have the women get up and get their food for them? What pigs!

I was so disgusted by the food and the complete lack of service that we walked out. I told myself that I will NEVER come back here again. EVER.

Before writing this review, I wanted to know what other people were saying about this particular restaurant. Everyone had a different complaint (bad service, disgusting food, nobody to seat them, waiting forever for their carry-out order, food poisoning at every visit). It sounds like this location has had management problems for years. The million-dollar question is, "Why is this place still in business?" It turns out that their BBB rating (for THIS location) is an A+, apparently due to the lack of filed complaints with the BBB. That's totally rigged! Well, every time you file a complaint (on another website) the restaurant tries to contact you and fix the problem when you want nothing to do with the restaurant. ever. AND, on Eat 'n Park's website, in order to do a survey, you have to have a receipt. The problem is, that most people don't even get that far in the dining experience. They just walk out like me because it is not worth it.

All in all, this place should be shut down permanently.
