The food here is consistently delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced, offering a wide variety of classic Chinese dishes like fried rice, egg foo young, and their unbeatable green beans. The staff are polite and attentive, with the chef ensuring dishes are replenished promptly and the cashier providing a warm welcome and farewell. One area for improvement would be serving the food at a hotter temperature, as the steam tables seem to struggle with maintaining heat, and it would also be helpful if servers cleared dishes more promptly to keep tables tidy.

I am pleased with the delicious food offerings at Evergreen Buffet, and I find the pricing to be very reasonable. However, I believe there is room for improvement in ensuring that the food is served at a hotter temperature, possibly due to issues with the steam tables. I would recommend giving this place a try for its tasty dishes and great value.

We have been coming here for years and years! Definitely NOT a fan of your new sign about waste! I find it extremely rude! Actually I had to have it explained to me! I wholly understand not wanting waste. Maybe a post saying! Please take small portions at first to see if you like it! If you do by all means take all you can eat! But please don't take MORE than you need! That is wasteful! Please be considerate of others and high food prices! Would have been much less offensive!!! Another thing how are you going to follow through on your threat! Run back and weigh what's left over before you pay??? Or since you find food left are you gonna add an extra charge on their bill? That should make you loose customers!
