I went to your restaurant tonight and now I know why we have not gone there for two years. The food has not changed. Still bad. I got what you call Fish and Chips and it was white fish not Cod and fries . Fries are not chips. The server was a young lady very nice. The manager that I paid was eating and said she had been with your restaurant 20 years and they have always been fries. I told her I have gone to Frisch since I was 16 and now 86 and she is wrong. One thing you do not wait on people while eating. I would have fired her. We will not be back.

Very poor service always messing up orders fooodcold most the time chili is nothing but broth no beans or meat prices to high for poor quality of food and service

went to drive-thru and ordered deluxe big boys-slice of pickle was bigger than tomato slice and lettuce was shriveled and quarter sized -would have thrown it out at home,3 slivers of onion and other burger was totally incorrect ,along with missing onion rings and as usual no hot fudge cake that was ordered. Went inside and showed to manager who stated that food was cooked to order . Burgers were cold ,dry and crunchy. Won't ever be back-not first time food was below par.

Sitting here at frisches in eaton. Had to clean our own table. Service is terrible.

Went to Frisch's in Eaton,Ohio. Service was poor. Took over 15 minutes to get waited on. There was only 2 other customers in there. We asked for senior discounts which they don't offer. They don't even offer Veterans discounts. Won't ever go back there.

Placed order online so i did not have to wait. Said it would be done at 8:17. Got there at 8:25. Half of order not ready. Missing chicken strips asked to pull up to wait on chicken. Waited 15 minutes and ended up going inside to find out that they gave them to someone else. Asked me to wait another 10 minutes while the rest of my $60 order was sitting in car getting cold. Talked to manager and told me i could not even get a refund for the chicken. Thought i should wait for it to get done. Will NEVER go there again and do not recommend anyone else order online.
