I placed a carry out order for 2 platers, 1 breakfast meal, 1 kids meal, 4 soups, an order of fries and a blt. I got to the restaurant to pick up our food he has me pay then hands me our food. I said I'm supposed to have 3 drinks. He goes to get the drinks while he's gone I check the rest of the order. I don't have any platters and I'm missing the order of fries. I told him I was missing the fries onion rings and coleslaw for the platters so he goes to get them. I take my drinks and soups out to the car. I come back he hands me another bag and says everything is there stupidly I believe him and head home. I get home and to my surprise I'm still missing the 2 orders of coleslaw. I call the store ask for the manager wait on hold for 10 mins. He gets on the phone finally, I explain what happened and all get is I'm sorry I will credit the 2 cloeslaws. It wasn't the money it was the point I told them 3 times what I wanted and still not get everything. Talk about crappy service.
