The evening started off a bit shaky due to a reservation mix-up, but the manager, Dave, quickly resolved the issue, setting the tone for a fantastic dining experience. My wife's filet and my peppercorn crusted strip steak were cooked to perfection, complemented by delicious side dishes like the Cowboy potatoes. The attentive service, quality food, and inviting atmosphere at the Galaxy made for a memorable evening that we look forward to repeating.
