Had dinner at Kyoto the other night and tried the filet mignon and lobster hibachi. The flavors were good, but the chef's performance lacked the usual excitement and flair I enjoy at teppanyaki restaurants. The food was tasty, but the showmanship was missing, making the experience not as lively as I had hoped for.
