Ordered pizza last night ordered Gino's Best did not realize at the time that the menu has changed now it's your choice of 7 toppings that's not the way it was before all toppings came on pizza except anchovies which you have to ask for they never asked what 7 toppings i wanted it's like they just made the pizza the way they wanted very disappointed never had a problem before my pizza was half raw the only toppings on the pizza were pepperoni cheese green pepper onion that's it not even 7 toppings i wanted my money refunded for my pizza or I'm posting this piece of sh-t you sold me your standards really went down hill very sad your pizza was the best in town now i have to go to popa Jon's in Wadsworth again THANK YOU

If i could give it a -5 stars I would! Worst customer service EVER! and by the manager. I have never been screamed at over the phone while trying to place a order, or have I ever had a manager threaten me over the phone. Complete Jerk! I will NEVER try to place a order with them again. Plenty of other Pizza places in this town who actually have RESPECT!
