Never open on time. Says they open at 4. It's now 430 and still nobody has it opened. This has happened to me several times.

Bought 2 steak hoagies so burnt they were crispy hard black on one side cheese so thin u could barely see it mayo same called they said oven had been burning every thing and they were redoing everything they would redo but I didn't want to go back out just wanted them to know
