I've eaten at Golden Crown several times and it seems as though each experience has been different. Dine-in service was fast, servers were nice, and the prices were reasonable. The food was good sometimes and other times it was just okay. Take-out however has been different. I just ordered food there at the beginning of this week. They were still putting it together while I waited. I got it home and is was absolutely dreadful! The egg foo yung was completely flat, burnt and cold as well as the very small portion of lumpy gravy. The eggroll tasted as if they had just taken it out of the refrigerator. Hot Sour soup was not only cold but had very few veggies and almost a spoiled taste. The shrimp chips were so salty with the soup I ended up throwing everything away. This isn't the first time the take-out wasn't up to par but I was willing to give it another go. Needless to say, I will be visiting the Chinese restaurant across the street from them from now on. I don't like throwing away my money.
