Ordered a medium pepperoni. Very little sauce and cheese and dough wasn't cooked all the way. very dissapointed.

Employees cursing on the phone when trying to place order, 3 hrs to get food, manager accused people of lying , horrible service. Will

I've really enjoyed everything I've ever ordered from here. I usually get the burgers and fries and sometimes cheesesteaks. The pizza is good, the food is good, and good prices.

WOW WE LOVE GRANDMAS BIG MAMA PIZZA!!!! THEIR SERVICE IS ALWAYS PROMPT. THEIR STAFF IS RESPECTFUL AND THE FOOD IS OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD!!!!!!

Have ordered quite a bit over the last year from Grandma's Pizza in Mt. Orab and have always had good service and have enjoyed the good food. I highly recommend the food and the timely delivery, I have never been disappointed!

07/26/2015 - Never going there again
Went to Mt Orab location and ordered a cheese pizza. Took 45 minutes and while I was waiting for my food to get finished the cook ask the girl at the counter who something was for and she said" that d--ch- bag guy". I heard what she said so I'm sure the guy the pizza was for heard her also since he was standing behind me. When I got home the pizza was covered in pepperoni. I called up there and the girl was rude and said well bring it back and we will make you another one then. I asked for a manager and she said we don't have a manager right now. Asked if she would be in tomorrow and said no not until Monday. Well today is Sunday so I'm going to guess she will be there tomorrow. These people messed up a cheese pizza and then expect me to drive back to the place and bring back the wrong pizza to get the correct one. NO I will not be doing that. The food was nasty and people are rude!!! I will NEVER return to this place again!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I have ordered from the Mount Orab location 4 times in the last several months. EVERY SINGLE TIME our order has been messed up. Not as in they forgot something, but the food has been burned and inedible. When you call to complain, they employees are rude and simply don't care. We hadn't ordered in months until tonight when we wanted to give them another chance. What do we get?? BURNED Gyro meat and when I called, they called me a liar!! I WILL find the owner. They need an employee house cleaning!

Sad....used to be a good place. They throw the f word over the phone as easily as they disregard any requests to get an order completed correctly. Wow what a scary bunch of employees feel sorry for the owner. Staff must be busy with something.....but its not serving customers professionally. Rated 1 because ----0 is not an option.

Order out a least 3 times a week.very rare that you order here and orders correct.had them credit my card back on order.never put back.if you ask for managers they are rude or nasty.

The food is typically good but the customer service is horrible!!!! They do not know how to take orders right and the last two times I have arrived a few minutes later then the estimated completion time I still had to wait 15 min longer for my order!
