My first visit to the Ice Cream Parlor in West Liberty was enjoyable and worth the trip from Kettering. Despite initial attempts at other nearby establishments, we were pleased with the selection and quality of ice cream here. The variety of flavors and generous portions make it a great spot for a quick treat in the charming town.
