Everything is made fresh from scratch with the cooks expertly working the flattop in full view, delivering incredible meals like crispy corned beef hash and fluffy eggs. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with fast, attentive service, making every visit a comforting and enjoyable experience despite the small, busy setting.

Found this cute little retro diner, Jim's Open Kitchen. The cooks are right out in front, whipping up some killer dishes on the flattop. The Herb Nelson breakfast was absolutely amazing - potatoes, meat, cheese, eggs all combined in one delicious dish. The atmosphere is warm, the staff are friendly, and the food is just what you need to start your day right. Can't wait to go back when it's warmer outside!
