After visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame, I found myself drawn to the cozy diner where the aroma of smoked meats greeted me warmly. The tender pulled pork sandwich paired with savory bean soup and buttery cornbread created a comforting meal that felt like a delicious taste of hometown tradition.

I was told the first time I bought bean soup, add a cup of chicken broth. They will add ham. I like to cook in butter some celery and onion. Add broth celery and onion and simmer on low just until hot. It is the best. My husband also like the relish. It make any barbecue sandwich complete. This restaurant is the culture of Canton.
