unhappy with Service today. It was raining and no one in line and o ask ask to wait to order. I finally ask if she was ready to take my order. I will not be going back for a long while.

I have been to the drive through at this location 4 times in the last 6 weeks. I always order the 12 piece meal with sides. The first time I couldn't get anything as they were out of chicken and said it would be at least 20 minutes for them to fry more, so I left. The second time I was shorted a side and just lived with it. The third time I was again shorted a side so I called in and they offered to give it to me on my next visit. I was not going to go back but they still owed me a side item so I went back a week later and placed my order and informed them of what was owed me. They said ok. I sat at the window for 25 minutes and when I got my order they had failed to give me what was previously owed. I asked about this and they finally gave it to me. I counted the sides before leaving to make sure I had enough. When I got home I found that I had the correct number of sides but they were the wrong sides and not at all what I ordered. I again called them and they agreed to again correct the error, but at this point I will not be going back to this location so they can just keep it. Ill just go to the Lee's in Richmond or Brookville. If I am going to pay 30.00 for 10.00 worth of chicken I would at least like my order to be correct every once in a while. So if you do go there, plan on a wait and take everything out and make sure you are getting what you pay for.
