On April 13, 2023, during the late evening hours, my recent visit to the drive-thru at the Hamilton and Galbraith location in North College Hill, Cincinnati, was disappointing. The lack of proper greetings and slow service from the employees made the experience unwelcoming and unpleasant. I urge the management to address this issue promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
