02/07/2010 - bad experience
At 7:29pm I ordered beef fried rice and Japanese Jumbo Shrimp the lady told me 45 minutes I didn't complain because the Superbowl is on at 8:45 I call the store to see what's wrong. The lady checks and says my order would be ready in another 10 minutes. I asked Why? She said she was very busy because of the Superbowl. (well you know what the Superbowl was on when I called.) Did she offer a discount,apologize,anything NO! Just that excuse! My kids go to bed at 9pm so it would have been nice to know if they needed to go to bed hungry, Kung Pao lost a customer for good. 3 customers really. My average order is $28 or more.
