The owner is a childhood friend of mine. I just love the food it reminds me of our childhood and the taste and smells that came from their home. Kudos keep up the great work. The food really hits the spot when you don't feel like cooking but want a home cooked meal.

I love the collard greens. The ribs are very good, but I'm in love with the collard greens.
If you like or want some very good soul food, this is the place to come. I didn't mention the cornbread, but that's very good also.

Pound cake FANTASTIC! Fried perch, YEAH BABY! Ribs & Sauce GREAT! If you haven't tried M's you have to take a moment and treat yourself.

I love this place! I have had the Blue Boston, Catfish, Perch, mac & cheese, cabbage, greens, ribs, pork chops... YUM :) Its all good :)
