The food at Linardos is consistently fresh and delicious, offering a great selection of drinks and wines to complement your meal. The service is attentive and friendly, making it a wonderful choice for a date night or family outing. Despite its dated appearance, Linardos delivers excellent homemade dishes and desserts, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.

Having flown in from So Cal for my nephews wedding, the family and I wanted to venture out and enjoy some local dinning. We asked an employee at our bed-and-breakfast, "if you wanted a great meal where would you eat"? Without skipping a beat she replied "Linardos"! "It's only 20 mins away, and this place is great"!! My wife, and adult son, wanted at bowl of Avgolemono (lemon chicken) soup like my mom use to make. So off we went.

The owner Harry, greeted us with a smile as he seated us and made us feel welcome. We informed him that we had eaten at a "fake Greek restaurant" in Columbus, and the meal was disappointing. He responded "we will not disappoint you." And... he was correct. The entire meal was absolutely fantastic!!

My wife and son started off with the "homemade tasting" Avgolemono soup, while I had the fresh beef and noodle soup. We were so impressed with the soups, we ordered Greek Salads, followed by Gyros, and Pastitsio. Each dish was equally impressive!!

Unable to eat another bite, we ordered a number of "homemade" Greek pastries to go. Back at our bed-and-breakfast, we told the rest of the famly of our incredable journey to Springfield. We also shared our tasty Greek pastries with our family members. They all raved about how fresh and fantastic they tasted. They really must have been impressed with the Greek pastries, as they made a special trip to Linardos the very next day.

If you are lucky enough to live in the area, you should make this at the very least, a twice monthly eating experience!! You won't be disapointed!!
