I cant count the times they have messed up my order and the fries are hard as a rock and cold the sandwiches look like they have been sit on its the worst McDonald's I've ever been to the window workers need to quit playing with their phones and get their mind on their job.

If you want terrible customer service and want to wait for 15 minuets for somebody to take your order then visit this McDonald's....they act like your bothering them when you place your order

I have been to this Mcdonalds several times but have stopped going because my order is wrong, or my food is cold or you wait for a long time in drive through and when you get to the window they are on their cell phones texting, went to the new one hoping it would be better but no still the same even other customers that were waiting for their order said they wouldn't be back because of bad service. Management needs to step up and train their people better!!

I've been to this McDonald's 18 times in the past 30 days, they have yet been able to get my order correct. The food is cold, undercooked, and very messy.
