This McDonald Is just plain BAD. Never again

I have traveled all over the US and have ate at hundreds of McDonalds. This location is by far the worst ever. I have recently started working in Andover and consistently this store dissappoints. The lobby is usually filthy, the new bathrooms are always cluttered and dirty. This place is always out of ketchup. McDonalds out of ketchup??? The crew for the most part are frumpy. Even with the new kiosks, the packager is always rude and unpleasant. The crew is always screaming at each other. All around a very poor experience!
