Visited Mi Hacienda for dinner last Tuesday and had a wonderful time. The jumbo Margaritas were delicious and on special, while the large guacamole was beautifully presented and truly delicious. The Fiesta Tacos, Caliente Shrimp, and Pollo Con Queso come highly recommended and we will definitely be back to this cozy neighborhood joint in Toledo.

This was by far the worst Mexican restaurant/ restaurant I have ever been too. We went here at 6 pm and the restaurant was empty. That should of been our first warning signal. We were seated right away. The waiter brought over chips and salsa. The chips were stale. Very stale. My husband ordered beef and cheese nachos. The stale chips were piled on the plate with a very small amount of beef and cheese. The beef had no flavor at all although he did find a bay leaf in his meat. And there was only a couple of tablespoons of cheese on that whole plate of nachos that wasn't even melted. Now for my food. I ordered a beef and cheese enchilada with rice and beans. My enchilada had about a teaspoon of cheese tossed on top . However the worst part of all is nothing and I mean nothing had any flavor. I did ask for salt when I realized nothing had any flavor and the salt shaker that he brought me was very dirty and the salt inside was stuck together like it had water in it. This restaurant needs to figure something out. If they would spend some money on a chef and less money on the 15 waiters that were there then they might stand a chance .
