The service was quick and the staff was friendly, making my meal experience enjoyable. I tried the Roman burger and hot buttered cheesesteak and they were both amazing. Mr. Hero is definitely one of the best places to grab a delicious hot sub. Don't let the complaints about grease, restrooms, and prices discourage you - the food is made fresh right in front of you, and it's well worth it.
