I absolutely adore the Roman Burgers at Mr. Hero. Whenever I swing by, I prefer to use their convenient drive-thru for quick service and friendly interactions with the employees. The new store location in the former KFC is fantastic, and I appreciate the value of the BTE deal for a delicious meal with extra toppings - it's a great find!

I went today & as usual they screwed up my sub. I ask for chicken without cheese. I got double cheese. I use to go once a week but now every 2 months but now I'll try once a year. What a bunch of screw ups.
